1Those who register as student (PhD and MSc) must send a letter from their department head and a copy of their student card as proof of your status, before the start of the conference to the conference secretariat at: info@photomechanics2015.nl.

* Spouses and students can join the conference dinner for € 100,- per person. You can sign in on the registration form.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made before January 26th, 2015 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between January 26th and April 26th, 2015 will receive a full refund, decreased of € 120,- administration fee.
No refunds will be granted after April 26th, 2015. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
