ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
The authors are encouraged to submit an abstract of maximum 2 pages due by November 26th, 2014. Online submission is required and facilities are provided on the website.

The abstract needs to be submitted through the conference management system.   
  • To be able to submit your abstract you first need to create an account on this website. Within a few seconds you will receive your password by email. After signing on with you personal user account you can use the "Click for Abstract Submission" on your User Area to submit your abstract.
     
  • The template for the abstract are provided in Word and in Latex.  Instructions for the abstracts can be found in the abstract template.
     
  • Generate a PDF file. Make sure that the abstract PDF format is without page numbering. You do not have to upload a .rtf file as written in the text on the templates!!!
All accepted abstrats will be published in the book of abstracts that will be distributed at the conference during the registration. Notification of the acceptance of your contribution will be given on February 26th, 2015.

There is no limitation in the number of abstracts submitted per author; however, a maximum of two platform presentations by the same author will be accepted.
